EdgeCortix products, software and technology may not be exported, re-exported or transferred, directly or indirectly, without required government authorization to: (1) countries or regions subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine; (2) Russia or Belarus, except as permitted by applicable law; (3) any person or entity on a restricted-party list, such as the U.S. Entity List, Denied Persons List or OFAC SDN List, or equivalent Japanese, EU or UN lists; or (4) any prohibited end use, including weapons of mass destruction, missile and restricted military end uses. This list is not exhaustive and may change.
